By signing this waiver you (the customer) assume full liability/responsability for any property damage and/or injuries relating to or caused by the delivery and/or removal of the dumpster. You also acknowledge the possibility of additional charges for dumpster damages and/or any hazadarous materials placed in the dumpster. You are entitled to a full refund as long as the cancellation is made the day prior to the day scheduled for delivery, however there is no refund for cancellations the day scheduled for delivery. You acknowledge that there will be additional charges to extend the dumpster rental and additional prorated tonnage fees after the first free ton for 15yd and 20yd sizes, first free 2 tons for 30yd and 2.5 tons for 40yd sizes have been exceeded..
